About The Promoter:
1. The Promoter of this prize draw is AYRE Events Solutions, Unit 14 – Hunslet Trading Estate, Severn Way, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS10 1BL, UK (the “Promoter”).

How To Enter:
2. Users must visit the dedicated Google Form page created by AYRE Event Solutions to complete the survey. Any answers to the survey received via an alternative means other than on the Google Form page will not be accepted.

3. Users do not have to have worked with AYRE Event Solutions previously to enter.

4. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.

The Prize:
5. The Prize for the competition is a £50 Amazon Gift Card plus one night stay, for 2 people, including dinner, breakfast, parking & an upgrade to a Club room at Crowne Plaza Hotel Leeds (“The Prize”). The Prize is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged, upgraded, transferred or refunded for a cash or physical alternative.

Choosing a Winner:
6. The promotion is open to entries from 00.01 on 9th April 2021 until 23.59 on 23rd April 2021.

7. The Winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the prize draw closes by a representative of AYRE Event Solutions. If The Promoter does not receive a response from The Winner within 7 days after first contact, The Promoter shall deem the Prize as unclaimed. At the discretion of The Promoter, the prize may be allocated to a substitute winner.

8. The Winner will be contacted via the email address entered during the survey. It is up to the Winner to make sure his/her details are correct before submitting.

9. The Winner will be sent details of their Prize via email and the winner will need to contact Katie O’Hara, Director of Sales Crowne Plaza Leeds to claim and book their prize. Katie’s contact details will be shared by a representative of AYRE Event Solutions during the winner notification stage.

10. The prize must be claimed by 31st December 2021.

11. By completing the survey you consent to have AYRE Event Solutions store and process your submitted information so they can use your responses for data analysis and further contact if necessary.

Legal:
12. The Promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the competition, terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and any revisions or amendments. The entrant agrees that The Promoter will not accept liability for such changes or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.
