Before making a booking

We ensure that all associated costs with your hire are fully detailed in any quotation provided for your hire. The price quoted is the price you pay.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your hire. This will be highlighted on your quotation. This deposit secures the equipment contained in your quotation. The deposit is in addition to the hire charge. The final charge total is required no later than 30 days before your event. The deposit is 100% refunded after your event, if no damages have occurred.

We have a large warehouse where certain equipment can be setup for you to view. Simple speak with our team to arrange a time.

We provide free delivery (on orders over £100.00) within 25 miles of our Leeds base. Please speak with one of our team for a quote for delivery outside this area.

Once we have an understanding of your requirements are we will provide you with a full written quotation.

Yes, all our hire stock is PAT tested in line with recommend regulations. We can provide PAT testing details once the hire has been prepped.

All our equipment is insured up to the point of delivery. Once delivery / installation has taken place you assume full responsibility for it. For hires over £500 we recommend adding this to your event insurance to cover and loss or damage. Please speak with one of our team who will be happy to advise further.

Venue / Site Questions

Depending on the complexities of your booking, we may carry out a site visit with you to fully understand your requirements. Our team will advise should we need to.

We take care to understand the venue you’re using for your Wedding and as such will recommend the right equipment for the job. We sometimes provide several options to meet either budgets or size of venue.

Finishing touches and Supplier Questions

We can provide generators through our third-party suppliers. Please speak to a member of our team for a quote.

If you’re hiring equipment for an external temporary venue such as a marquee, you may already have temporary power onsite, however its best to check with you supplier if there is enough additional power for the equipment you have hired from us.

Once you've booked with us

Your final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the first day of your hire period.


If you, or your chosen venue have any restrictions, you must let us know at your earliest convince so we can work to fit with you requirements.

Extra things to think about

If you have anything that requires power (lighting, DJ / Band, caterers, toilets etc) and your venue doesn’t supply power on-site, then you will need to source a generator. We don’t hire generators ourselves, but we can suggest some companies we trust if you need a bit of help.

If you are sourcing power from a building and / or your power source will be more than 5m away from where equipment will be setup, do let us know as you may need adapters and extra cabling.

We detail any power requirements for our equipment on your quotation.

We can provide a member of staff onsite to assist with any technical problems, or to operate the equipment. Just let one of our team know the amount of time you’d like someone onsite and we can let you know costings.
